Plain Dharma is an open, public-domain project, and a work in progress — translated by AI and edited by hand. The clearest way to make it better is with human hands:
- Copy editors — to sharpen the English, catch what reads stiffly, keep it plain.
- Translators — to improve the Mandarin, or open a new language.
- Voice artists — to lend a real human reading in place of the synthetic one. We know the irony of asking this on a page narrated by a machine; if you'd offer your voice as a gift, we'd be honored to let it replace ours.
- Artists — to offer handmade artwork in place of the machine-generated illustrations.
- Source materials — recordings, scans, alternate renderings, anything that helps.

Nothing here is owned, and nothing you give will be. Your contribution is itself a dharma gift.
